This really filling chicken and salad tortilla wrap is perfect for lunch. It takes under 10 mins to prepare and you can choose you own filling!:
-Tortilla wrap (preferably wholemeal)
-Cooked chicken (or any filling you wish)
-Cut up you cucumber and pepper and grate the carrot (you can have the carrot slices if you wish)
-Cut the wrap in half and lay your chicken, salad leaves, pepper and cucumber inside.
-Fold the wrap and place on a plate.
-Put any left over salad around the edge along with the cherry tomatoes.
