These easy banana and oat cookies only use 3 ingredients cookies are perfect for snacking and taste great with a side of yogurt or almond milk:
-1 mashed banana
-1/3 a cup of oats
-an extra filling e.g. Dark chocolate chips or raisins
-Preheat the oven to 180° and line a small baking tray with grease proof paper
-Mix the mashed banana and oats until fully combined.
-Slowly add the extra filling bearing in mind that if you add to many the cookie may fall apart
-Roll the mixture into small balls, place on the baking tray and flatten slightly.
-Cook for around 20-25 mins or until desired texture. Enjoy!
