Mini Salad Lunch

Mini Salad Lunch Enjoy a nourishing and healthy salad lunch with this quick and easy recipe from food you probably already have in your fridge. Ingredients:

-3-4 Gem lettuce leaves (or any lettuce of your choice)

-A few slices of Cucumber

-Some chopped carrot


-any other veg of choice

-1 slice of ham

-Pitta (or any other bread) Steps:

-Boil some water in a saucepan and place the chopped carrot, mangetout and any  other veg of choice into it (if you prefer veg raw you can skip this step).

-Arrange your lettuce leaves in a semi-circle on your plate.

-Rip up the ham into pieces and place on the lettuce along with the cucumber.

-Lightly toast the pitta and cut into fingers and then place on your plate.

-Place to boiled (or raw) veg onto your plate and enjoy!
