These yogurt bites are a great and easy snacks perfect for hot days. Here is the recipe:
-Yogurt (however much you want to use)
-Fruit (chopped into small pieces)
-Using baking paper spread the yogurt thinly over the baking paper, for me I prefer the yogurt bites to be thinner however you can adjust the thickness to suit you.
-Sprinkle the fruit over the yogurt evenly.
-Place in the freezer until hard.
-When ready to eat, remove from the freezer and chop or break into squares.
-Now put them in a bowl or plate and enjoy!
